HIIT MIX FULL BODY

HIIT MIX Full Body is a 4 week program designed to improve your cardiovascular health and sculpt lean muscle. 


Each week includes three workouts that alternate between bodyweight, treadmill and weight based exercises. If you don’t have access to a treadmill or dumbbells, that’s OK! Easy equipment substitutions are provided for at home use or in the gym. 


HIIT MIX Full Body strategically challenges your body with greater intensity each week to help avoid plateau. You’ll also receive bonus treadmill workouts to incorporate into your training whenever you want!
